Songs of history, love and peace. The Summer of Love shaped some of the greatest artist known today. Concerts brimming with psychedelic guitar riffs, bare-chested women and a constant smell of exotic incenses. A counterculture epitomized by the Summer of Love offering alternatives to the more conservative mainstream. Psychedelia with its abnormal sounds gave the spark to new ways of designing garments and the overall style of the time. As if the feelings represented in the music could be pasted on to the fashion designs.
